I thought I'd share a couple of recipes with you that I'm making tomorrow night.
Hot Wing Dip
8 oz package cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
½ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, provolone cheese and wing sauce, blend well. Stir in chicken. Pour into a greased two-quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Punch
1 package unsweetened fruit punch Kool-Aid
1 container frozen orange-banana-pineapple concentrate, thawed
2 liters ginger ale
In punch bowl, mix Kool-Aid and fruit concentrate. Slowly add ginger ale, stirring well. If you like it less sweet, add an equal amount of water as ginger ale. Serve with ice.
Tortilla Rolls
1 package large tortillas
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 small can chopped green chiles, drained
1 small jar chopped pimentos (or may use chopped roasted red peppers), drained
Mix softened cream cheese with chiles and pimentos or peppers. Spread thin layer on tortilla. Roll up tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 2 hours. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices, discarding the ends (or eat them yourself!). Keep refrigerated until serving time.
You may double the last three ingredients for additional rolls, as you won't use the entire package of tortillas.
Spicy Cream Cheese Dip
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 small jar spicy jelly (choose your favorite flavor)
Place cream cheese on pretty serving dish. Spoon jelly over cream cheese. Let set out to soften at least one hour prior to serving. Serve with favorite crackers.
I hope you enjoy these recipes.
